I very quickly discovered a passion for creating (at maybe age 3)... 

I never wanted to be a vet or a doctor, or even a princess. I always knew I wanted to create for a living. And so it became all I did... Dedicating countless hours to developing my creative skills and understanding throughout my school years.

Despite this deep love for creativity, I made challenging decision to step away from pursuing my artistic dreams after leaving school, as I believed it could be deemed an unrealistic stable career.

Consequently, I followed the path to becoming a Social Worker, only to soon realise that this was not the right fit for me - it simply just did not fill my cup.

I then began to reconnect with my artistic roots and started exploring with a range of mediums, in hope to fall in love with creating again.

 However, I decided to continue pursuing a career in Children's Services, supporting children and young people in residential homes, and have been lucky enough to utilise my aspirations to create to help children channel their emotions through abstract art.

 

 enjoy experimentation with a range of mediums, from oil pastels to modelling paste to add layering and some subtle texture to my work.

My artwork carries the theme of beauty found in 'the messy simple' and is perfect for those seeking a calming power and explanation of feeling for their space.  ​​​​
