Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity with an original piece?

All original artwork will be shipped with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This includes paintings and drawings. Please keep this safe with the artwork for proof, as well as any future sales.

Do the prints arrive framed?

Do you offer refunds?

In the rare case of items arriving damaged, we may offer a partial or full refund. In this situation, Please email hello@lilykaseke.com for help with orders or general enquiries.
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Due to the nature of the business, we do NOT offer returns on items. Please browse the store thoroughly before making a purchase.

Due to recently launching, we currently only ship around the UK. However, we are hoping to expand internationally very soon.

I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

Please check the shipping address entered at checkout which can be found in your confirmation email or dispatch email. Please then refer to the courier's website for tracking information. 
If all information has been entered correctly, and it has not been delivered within 5 working days (from time of dispatch email), please contact your local Royal Mail Post/Delivery Office, for information.

Should there still be no sign of your order, please email hello@lilykaseke.com for support on refunds or a replacement.

My order has arrived damaged, What should I do?

If you have received a damaged parcel, please keep the packaging and take a photo of the item. 
Please then email the image and information to hello@lilykaseke.com for support with a refund or replacement. Please ensure your quote your order number in the email  (which will be shown on confirmation or dispatch emails).
